Ahalia School of Pharmacy had organized a Yoga day celebration on 22.06.2026 from 11 am to
12 pm in the college premises. The program started with welcome address by Ms.Anjana.K.S,
NSS Program Officer of Ahalia School of Pharmacy. Dr.Sapna Shrikumar, Principal, Ahalia
School of Pharmacy inaugurated the function by an insightful speech emphasizing the
importance of yoga in health care. Ms.Princy.V, Yoga Trainer, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical
College trained both the students and faculties of Ahalia School of Pharmacy in basic asanas and
pranayamas of yoga.The session was really beneficial and a new starting for a healthy life style.
Dr.Deepu.S and Dr.Sangeetha Jayaraman, Heads of Pharmaceutics and Pharmacognosy
department, Ahalia School of Pharmacy, talked on importance of including yoga in daily
routine.
