Students of Ahalia School of Pharmacy participated in PERSONA 2026, a three-day
residential transformational training programme aimed at enhancing leadership,
communication, and professional skills. The programme featured interactive sessions
on personality development, emotional intelligence, teamwork, critical thinking, and
professional networking. Through workshops, group discussions, team-building
activities, and cultural programmes, students improved their confidence,
communication abilities, and leadership potential. The training provided valuable
opportunities for personal and professional growth while emphasizing collaboration,
adaptability, and effective communication in healthcare. The successful participation
of the students was enabled by the support of the Principal Dr. Sapna Shrikumar and
Management of Ahalia School of Pharmacy.
