Students of Ahalia School of Pharmacy, Palakkad participated in Pharmolsavam 2026, a
state-level inter-pharmacy college arts and cultural festival held at, St. Joseph College of
Pharmacy Cherthala, from 14–16 May 2026. Organized by the Kerala State Self-
Financing Pharmacy College Management Association (KSSPCMA) and hosted by St.
Joseph College of Pharmacy, the event brought together pharmacy students from across
Kerala. The festival provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their talents,
creativity, and team spirit through various cultural and literary competitions.
Day 1 – 14 May 2026
Pharmolsavam 2026 commenced with an inaugural ceremony attended by Prof. Dr. Sapna
Shrikumar, Principal, Ahalia School of Pharmacy, and Mr. Rajithan E. P. B., Secretary,
KSSPCMA and Vice President, Ahalia Academics. Students actively participated in
various competitions, with Sreevidya H (S2 B. Pharm) securing First Prize in Pencil
Drawing.
Day 2 – 15 May 2026
Students participated in various cultural and literary competitions, including stage events. Dr.
Deepu S, Head of the Department of Pharmaceutics and event organizer, attended the
festival and encouraged the participants. Sofiya Biju (S4 B.Pharm) secured Third Prize in
Malayalam Story Writing.
Day 3 – 16 May 2026
The final day featured stage events including Mime and Oppana, followed by the valedictory
ceremony and prize distribution. Students participated enthusiastically in the concluding
events
